Your stay includes breakfast, daily cleaning, heating, a welcome glass of our wine, cellar/vineyard visit in case of interest, tea & infusion corner with cantucci and taralli at your disposal. Our rich hand-made breakfast is a selection of organic local products and top quality raw materials. It is served in your room, in the main hall or in our garden during the summer season, in a special basket full of delicacies.
Dogs are admitted only on request. A cleaning fee of € 10 per day will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
This is a family-run facility, with just 4 rooms. In order to confirm the booking, a credit card number or the payment of the first night (or 50% for long stays, reservations of multiple rooms or peak periods) by wire transfer is required. Free cancellation terms provide for total refund for notifications or changes up to 14 days before arrival. After such period, the cost of the first night/room might be charged. For notifications received after this period, the deposit or any amount charged will not be refunded. For no-shows, the entire stay will be charged.
