Your stay will include breakfast, daily cleaning, a welcome glass of our wine, cellar/vineyard visit in case of interest, tea & infusion corner with cantucci and taralli at your disposal. Our rich hand-made breakfast is a selection of organic local products and top quality raw materials. It is served in your room, in the main hall or in our garden during the summer season, in a special basket full of delicacies.
Option without breakfast: reduction of € 20 on the room price.
Dogs are admitted only on request. A cleaning fee of € 10 per day will be charged.
Please note that the wine tour (vineyard and winery) is included: please inform us when interested.
Reductions applied for long stays.
This is a family-run facility, with just 4 rooms, so we have a number of specific rules.
In order to confirm the booking, a credit card number or the payment of the first night (or 30% for long stays) by wire transfer is required.
Free cancellation terms depend on the period: total refund for notifications or changes up to 7 days before arrival in low and medium season, or up to 7-30 days in high season (from Dec 21 to Jan 6, Easter period, weekends, long holiday weekends, summer months and other special periods indicated in all cases when booking). For notifications received after this period or no-shows, the deposit will not be refunded.
