Terms and conditions
Your stay includes breakfast, daily cleaning, heating, a welcome glass of our wine, cellar/vineyard visit in case of interest, tea & infusion corner with cantucci and taralli at your disposal. Our rich hand-made breakfast is a selection of organic local products and top quality raw materials. It is served in your room, in the main hall or in our garden during the summer season, in a special basket full of delicacies.
Dogs are admitted only on request. A cleaning fee of € 10 per day will be charged.
Please note that the wine tour (vineyard and winery) is included: please inform us when interested.

CANCELLATION POLICY
This is a family-run facility, with just 4 rooms. In order to confirm the booking, a credit card number or the payment of the first night (or 50% for long stays, reservations of multiple rooms or peak periods) by wire transfer is required. Free cancellation terms provide for total refund for notifications or changes up to 7 days before arrival, unless otherwise communicated for special periods. After such period, the cost of the first night/room might be charged. For notifications received after this period, the deposit or any amount charged will not be refunded. For no-shows, the entire stay will be charged.
